Pre-Grand Opening

This is a pre-grand opening message, I've worked on this blog for the last couple of days trying to get things set up the way I want it to be. I'm pretty satisfied with the layout and look, the colors look great, the picture at the top is an actual picture from my property, the sky looked spectacular and I was able to capture it on (digital) film.

I appreciate the folks who have started following this blog long before it has become active, all of you have waited patiently for me to finish designing this blog and start writing some real content. I would like to acknowledge each of you here:

  1. Wretha,

All the work you've done looks good.
I follow you all over the internet because I feel like you have much to teach those of us who are still learning.

I've not been blogging as much this month due to a death in the family and family matters that have taken up much time and energy. One thing I did do was remove the 'feedjit' tool from my gardenwriterlady blog per your post about the tracking of small towns. It actually never showed my small town, rather the larger city near me but I can see where it might in some areas. Anyway, it's gone now ;)

I am heading off to the hills later this week and will be out of touch or posting less often for a time. It looks like it may be camper-life for me for a while!

'See' ya when the dust settles!

  2. Hi JC, thanks, I really appreciate you very much! I hope things get back to normal for you soon, losing a family member or other loved one is hard, and nothing helps much except time.

I was going to say that I am glad you removed your Feedjit tracker, but that really isn't true, I would be more happy if Feedjit would fix their tracker, I don't want to stop it, just make it work better. :)

Well, you go heal up in the woods (or where ever you go camping), recharge your inner battery and rest up.
